Ms. Archana Bhagat, Prof. Bani T Aeri and Ms. Srishti Negi organised this interactive session. Patron was Prof. Renu Arora and Convenor was Ms. Deepshikha Kataria. Approximately 70 students of nutrition and teaching staff attended the event.
Program started with an Introduction to Celiac Support Organisation by Dr. Sushma Narayan. This was followed by a lecture on ‘Dietary Management of Celiac Disease’ by Ms. Anuja Agarwala.
Dr. N.K. Arora, President CSO spoke about the Importance of providing balanced, wholesome nutrition to celiac patients. This was followed by a panel discussion. Dr. Bani T Aeri, Professor of Nutrition and Dietetics moderated it.
Frequently asked questions were addressed and the questions from the audience were also taken.
